CPP USING SAMIA AS NEW FACE OF CPP BUT IT WILL NOT WORK –SEKOU NKRUMAH

The last son of Ghana’s first President Dr Kwame Nkrumah, Dr. Sekou Nkrumah has observed that the CPP are trying to sell the party with Samia Nkrumah’s face.

According to him, this method to rebrand the party with Samia Nkrumah will not work for the party.

He stated that the CPP is still practicing the party in the same old way that led to the collapse of the party.

According to him, the party has only change the leaders of the party but that they are still walloping in the old ways cannot win if elections were held today.

Dr Sekou Nkrumah reiterated that it was the same reason he joined the NDC in 2007 because the CPP was not going very far in the Ghanaian politics.

The dismiss coordinator of the Ghana Youth Council made these statements in an interview with Adakabre Frimpong Manso on Dwaso Nsem.

He called for the merger of the CPP and the NDC so that they can work to realise the dream of Dr Kwame Nkrumah.

He added that if the merger fails the CPP will remain where it is and will take votes from the NDC, which will in turn weaken the NDC and make the NPP the dominant party in the country.

Dr Sekou Nkrumah suggested that if the CPP are not comfortable with the name NDC, they will change to suit them.

Meanwhile, one of Dr Kwame Nkrumah sons, Gamal Nkrumah speaking from Egypt has express his gratitude to her sister for winning the chairmanship position of the party.

He predicted that his sister will rise from the ranks to be the first female President of Ghana
